Each piece is made by hand, either as a made to order item or as a one of a kind piece.

Made to order
Made to order pieces are created specifically for you.
For this reason, these items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing fault.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your piece so we can find a fair solution.

One of a kind
One of a kind pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:

• unworn
• in original condition
• returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Important notes

• Natural stones and handmade processes may result in subtle variations.
• These variations are part of the character of handmade jewelry and are not considered defects.
